Terms of Service
1. Operator and ownership
KRXTOS is part of SugarPies Network and is owned by SugarPies Network.
2. Acceptance
By creating a KRXTOS account, downloading, installing, activating or using KRXTOS software or services, you agree to these Terms and any product-specific licence conditions presented to you.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and credentials and for information submitted through your account.
4. Software licences
KRXTOS software is licensed, not sold. Purchasing or receiving access to a product does not transfer ownership of the software, source code, trademarks, designs or other intellectual property.
Unless otherwise stated for a product, a licence is limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable.
5. Activation
Certain products may use machine-bound or installation-bound activation for licence protection and fraud prevention.
6. Prices and purchases
When commercial sales are enabled, the applicable price, currency, taxes, discounts and total amount will be displayed before the order is submitted.
Additional information required by applicable consumer protection law will be presented before a commercial transaction is concluded.
7. Payments
Payment processing may be performed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe.
8. Digital products
KRXTOS products are generally delivered digitally through downloads, account access, licence activation or another electronic delivery mechanism.
9. Preview, Alpha and Beta software
Software labelled Preview, Alpha, Beta, Early Access, Test or similar may be incomplete, may contain defects and may change significantly before final release.
10. Updates
SugarPies Network may release updates, fixes, changes and new versions of KRXTOS software.
11. Compatibility
Users are responsible for reviewing the operating system, hardware, software host and other technical requirements of each KRXTOS product.
12. Prohibited use
Users may not unlawfully distribute KRXTOS software, circumvent licence or security mechanisms, access KRXTOS systems without authorization, or use KRXTOS services for unlawful activity.
13. Intellectual property
KRXTOS software, branding, interfaces, graphics, documentation, code and related materials remain the property of SugarPies Network or their respective rights holders.
14. Third-party media
Users are responsible for obtaining the rights required to use audio, lyrics, CDG graphics, images, recordings or other third-party content with KRXTOS software.
15. Consumer rights
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits a legal warranty, cancellation right, refund right or other mandatory consumer protection that cannot lawfully be waived.
16. Availability
KRXTOS services may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, updates, infrastructure failures, security incidents or circumstances outside reasonable control.
17. Limitation of liability
Any limitation or exclusion of liability applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law and does not override mandatory consumer rights.
18. Privacy
Personal information is handled according to the KRXTOS Privacy Policy .
19. Changes
These Terms may be updated as KRXTOS products, services or applicable legal requirements evolve.
20. Governing law
Subject to mandatory rights and protections that apply to the user, these Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Quebec and Canada.
