KRXTOS is part of SugarPies Network and is owned by SugarPies Network.
2. Personal information
Depending on the KRXTOS service used, information may include account names, email addresses, order history, licence information, download history, technical device or installation identifiers, IP addresses, security logs and support communications.
3. Purpose of collection
Information may be used to provide accounts, downloads, software licences, technical support, security, fraud prevention and commercial transactions when purchasing is enabled.
4. Payment providers
Payment information may be processed by providers such as Stripe. Complete payment-card details are intended to be handled directly by the payment provider rather than stored by KRXTOS.
5. Cookies and sessions
KRXTOS may use cookies or equivalent session mechanisms necessary for authentication, security, shopping-cart operation, CSRF protection and preferences.
6. Cloudflare Turnstile
KRXTOS uses Cloudflare Turnstile as an anti-abuse and anti-automation security measure.
7. Service providers
Information may be processed by infrastructure, payment, security, email or technical service providers when reasonably necessary to provide KRXTOS services.
8. International processing
Some service providers may process information outside Quebec or Canada. Applicable legal requirements and safeguards apply where required.
9. Sale of personal information
SugarPies Network does not sell KRXTOS users' personal information to advertisers or data brokers.
10. Retention
Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the relevant service, licence, transaction, security or legal requirement.

Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used to protect KRXTOS information. No Internet-connected system can guarantee absolute security.

Privacy incidents are handled according to applicable legal requirements, including required notification where applicable.
13. User rights
Subject to applicable law, users may have rights concerning access, correction, withdrawal of consent, deletion or portability of certain personal information.
14. Account closure
Closing an account does not necessarily require immediate deletion of records that must be preserved for licensing, transaction, security, fraud-prevention or legal purposes.
